Ireland is an amazing country. If by one side you have a vibrant city, Dublin, on the side there are stunning landscapes and long green fields most of them punctuated by white sheep. This post is about our trip to Dublin, a 3-day trip that included not only the city but also Wicklow Mountains which was the best of our trip without any doubt. After our trip to Dublin and to Northern Ireland one idea has started to form inside our heads, maybe a trip around the country would be a great idea. And it is at this point, one of the road trips we want to do in the future. If you are already planning of doing it bear in mind that Ireland and Northern Ireland are two different countries – Ireland or Republic of Ireland is part of the European Union, the currency Euro and they drive on the right side of the road. Northern Ireland is part of United Kingdom their currency is the Pound and they drive on the left side of the road. For now, I am focusing on the area around Dublin.
