To celebrate our 10th anniversary we decided to go to Paris. After all this city is many times mentioned as the “city of love”. The name isappropriate to the occasion, don’t you think?
We went in the end of February just for a couple of days. We then start doing some research on how to get there if by train (Eurostar) or airplane and we decided the last opinion was better (i.e. the prices of the tickets on Eurostar were much more expensive).
One of the things that we noticed right in the beginning when we started creating our route was that the main attractions are not very close to each other, so we will definitely need to get public transportation. And listen, we are people who rather walk than get the train or the bus, but the attractions are far and it wouldn’t be practical walk all the way to the different places. See our section with Ideas and Tips to see what we did.
Other thing that we considered was the distance from the airport to the centre of the city. And because of that we didn’t book a hotel in the centre but a bit further (also because of the price).
See everything about our trip to Paris! I hope that helps you!
