Bath – Accommodation

For our visit to Bath, we wanted a place to stay that fitted our needs:

  • Close to the town centre so we could walk around
  • With free parking
  • Not expensive with breakfast included

After some research we decided to stay at “The Bath House Boutique B&B”. We were 5-10 minutes walking distance from the main plaza of the city, the area around was quite (with a lot of B&Bs in the same road) and the room was spacious and well-decorated.

We spent 2 nights in total in here and we had a good experience. Not noisy, friendly staff and a good breakfast. Because of the pandemic new rules have been introduced and one of them is how the breakfast is served. Every day they will give you a list of options and you choose what you want to eat for the next day and at what time. Our breakfast always came around 15 minutes later than the time chosen but to be honest we didn’t mind because we were always late. The food was good, and our staying was enjoyable.

I wanted to also point it out how the owners were helpful and approachable. In fact, we had booked this trip for November but three days before our date the lockdown started. The owners happily changed our booking dates for December which was a huge relief.
